We strive to meet the behavioral health needs of the most vulnerable of our community by providing equitable access to services to restore emotional wellbeing, combat the impact of violence through mental health support, and assist families out of poverty stemming from mental health challenges.

How it Works

  1. We have developed an easy and streamlined process to request services. Individuals and providers simply need to call 775 562 4509
  2. You will enter our automated system that will guide you to the department that will best serve your needs.
  3. Leave a message to request therapy, psychological testing, or to sign up for one of our psychoeducational support groups.
  4. Leave your name, contact number, and the service you are requesting.
  5. Our service coordinator will get back to you regarding information about services and scheduling an appointment as well as information regarding paperwork to be completed.
