How it Works
- We have developed an easy and streamlined process to request services. Individuals and providers simply need to call 775 562 4509
- You will enter our automated system that will guide you to the department that will best serve your needs.
- Leave a message to request therapy, psychological testing, or to sign up for one of our psychoeducational support groups.
- Leave your name, contact number, and the service you are requesting.
- Our service coordinator will get back to you regarding information about services and scheduling an appointment as well as information regarding paperwork to be completed.
